Pre op tomorrow…confused??

Do I have to take anything with me? I feel like I remember something somewhere about my NHS number or something and now I’m not sure and I’m just panicking about what I need to take? Plus my PC is on holiday so I can’t even txt her 🙁
If anybody knows that would be so helpful. Thank u in advance xx

Yes you need your nhs number and I think that’s about it, which reminds me I still haven’t given them mine thanks for the reminder x

Hey Hun you don’t need to take anything with you as such it depends have you already given them your Nhs number? If not then yes you need to give that to them but other than that just your pretty self you must be excited good luck Hun 🙂 xx
