Pre op tonite – wot do i ask?

Anything you’re worried about at the hospital, or anything regarding your recovery and how to look after your wounds or dressings. The hospital don’t tell you an awful lot so ask what you can with the nurse.

The nurse will tell you what you need to know so really it’s just asking about anything that worries you xx

what’s a pre op? I have not had one of these and have not got one booked in? op next Saturday x

You should have had one about 2 weeks before your op hun? They take your blood pressure and take before photos and ask general health questions to make sure your fit for the operation. Give them a ring and ask why you haven’t been told about this xx

I honestly dont beleive I am worried – only thing is i am asthmatic really.

I want to know if I will be bandaged for a week after op or just strips on(Mr Traynor if that helps)

Still aint got a clue wot postsurgery SIZE bra to get?

Can they guarnatee i will have big boobs and be a size 6 when wake up LOL XXX

I found at my pre op the nurse already had all the information I needed – she went through everything I needed to stick to pre op and post op, chatted about what would happen on the day etc. You get a little pack as well with all the info in there. Just make sure you make a list of questions if you have anything in particular you want to know.

Abvout your bra – have they given any idea of what size you’ll be? If so – go for the biggest size. I got a couple of different sizes – I got a bigger back size for the first week when I was going to be be swollen, bloated and have all the strapping on, so it didn’t feel too toght or dig into the incisions x x

Have they not given you an idea of what cup size it’ll take you to?! I’d imagine you’ll be pretty big if you’re already a C, lucky you!! x x
