    +1

I had my op yesterday i had my v pillow in hopsital and could not uave lived without my back rest when i got home. It was £23 from argos and a god send. Ive also had a small table next to my bed as cant move my bed side cabinet forward. Ive got water bottle next to my bed and a bucket for nausea. I needed very little in hospital just something easy to put on and slippers.

zip up tracksuits – luzeade still drinks (for energy on recovery)
I had a bed wedge (ebay or amazon) fab I put under the mattress and tilted bed to required angle I then used v pillow and have been very comfy for first week.
stock up on paracetal and ibutheophen as you only get 5 days worth from hosptial

pineapple and arnica for bruising and healing
    toilet wipes
    wet wipes
