Prickly feeling?

Hey ladies hope everyone is good
I am 13 days po and have the most weird prickly feeling in my boobs its like I can feel the implant rubbing on my real boobs. It feels so weird and disguising lol!
Other than that I feel so much better and am in a lot less pain. But I am just worried and dont no if this is a normal part of the healing process or if I should be worried.
