I had my breast enlargement 10 months ago.. Over the past 3 months my right boob has become rock solid and lost its round shape.. Im getting a lot of pain with it too.. My left boob is absolutely fine! My right boob doesnt move at all when i lay down where as my left drops slightly to the left. I went to see the nurse 4 weeks ago she referred me to a surgeon.. who told me wait 4 weeks and see how it goes?! which i was fuming at. I didnt realize how bad it actually was until i took my clothes off for my mum to spray tan me and she said you can notice really bad and its terrible that theyve sent me away. She called up demanding another appointment and im being seen on monday. Im so embarrassed that for the last month i havent let anyone see me without a bra on (including my boyfriend) apart from my mum. Has anyone experienced anything like this? as i said my left boob is really round and feels fine and my right has basically dropped and is rock solid. completely lost the roundness

I feel for you, I am only a week post op and am sitting constantly freaking out over things going wrong. Its scary! Try not to panic yourself though, wait until you see surgeon and see what he says. I know it’s hard, good luck, hope everything turns out to be ok x

You are covered for any grade of capsular contraction with mya for up to 5 years. It usually happens within the first year xxx

Thanks for the support!! I was freaking out until it became painful, today’s been quite painful I can’t touch it. I think my implant has also split or something that’s why the shape has gone weird xx

Its not always an op hun… They can massage it out; depends on what grade it is!! Wishing you the best of luck hun xxx

It does sound like CC, the usual fix would be a capsulectomy, an easy procedure where they remove the scar tissue that has constricted the implant. Massaging it out is generally something they try for very early stages of CC and it’s almost never effective sadly, from why are describing it does sound like you have grade 3-4 CC, you are covered by MYA so they should sort it no problem. Good luck x
