Hiya girlies, just wanted to know weather its the size of the implant (how many cc’s) or the profile which makes the most difference? im having 375/400 cc which for my frame and size sounds massive and tbh it made me rethink my whole implants size! However speaking to people when ive told them im going under the muscle and having mod+ profile they said the implant will look fine on/in me? apparently going under the muscle looks smaller/more natural, and mod+ isnt that much projection? advice/ opinions pleasee!x

I had 375/400 mod + profile over the muscle and they look pretty natural. Mod + is somewhere between moderate and high profile, so you get the width of a moderate implant and some of the projection of high profile. They’re a nice compromise between the two and if you have wider boobs to fill like I did but want a good projection it’s the right choice. Take a look at my pics I don’t think mine look porn star massive but they’re not teeny either lol x

Moderate profile have a wider base and are generally used for those with a wider chest – if you had hp or uhp you’d get the effect of two half oranges stuck to your chest 🙂

Moderate+ is a higher profile, slightly underpar to hp. xx

I had moderate unders on my first ba and for my frame it should have been high profile. Im a size 6-8 and 32 back on my bra. Second ba I went for the high profile unders and love them. It’s all about the look you want and what suits your frame 🙂 x

@kitty Hi Kitty, I’m having 25o or 275 cc moderate partials. I’m still not certain if I should go for high profile. I would like the natural look but hope they’re not going to be too small. I also breastfed two children and am very small 34b. I hope you don’t mind if I add you.

Yes I know what you mean hun
I didn’t really think about overs as I had unders on my first ba in just did the same for the second. Thanx hun 🙂 im happy with the results so far 🙂 hope they don’t shrink tho lol. I’ve definetly got more projection with the high profile compared to when I had the moderate I ended up wearing heavily padded bras with them to get the look I wanted. I shouldn’t have to do that now 😛

Yeah if you don’t want to go too big then that should be ideal for you hun. With my first ba I didn’t want to go too big and went for 300cc moderate unders, at first they were fine but I soon wished I’d gone that wee bit bigger.
I had them done again on Monday and had 550cc high profile unders. All sizes are different on everyone though, depends on your size etc. I was small chested to start with, was like a 32a xx

@kitty Thanks Kitty, that’s really helpful. It’s all so confusing but I suppose I should trust my surgeon and that’s what she recommended. I’ve looked at your photos and they look fantastic! I’m glad you’re happy and good luck with your recovery.

Yes as long as your surgeon knows what you want then definetly put your trust in her and you will be pleased. I wanted a dd look this time round and so far I am happy with the results. Good luck 🙂 xx
