puffy nipples? inverted nipples?

Kinda embarrassing, but it’s something I’ve noticed, that ladies with a smaller chest seem to be more likely to have “puffy nipples” than larger ladies.

My question is, did anyone have this pre-op and have it go away/did you get more “normal” nipples post-op?

I guess in my mind I’m picturing the implant as stretching the tissue, making it more taut, so maybe the puffy nipple thing would correct itself.

I have them myself and although I’m not hugely bothered, maybe a BA would correct them as a bonus

Also anyone have inverted nipples before? Or puffy AND inverted? I think both would be corrected with the implants when the skin is taut.

I’ve been wondering this exact thing!! I was 32a with kinda puffyish nipples, but when erect they’d flatten out n look normal. I had 410s last weds n they were even more puffy after! Lol was expecting the stretched skin to flatten um out. 1st few days you could propa see them thru my sports bra n thin tops

But there starting to go down now, duno if theyl look better or same as before tho xx

Oh hopefully it’ll correct itself I’m sure there’s gotta be a lot to happen over the next few weeks/months

That’s what I’ve got, they’re no overly puffy, but when erect they’re “normal” so I was hoping maybe surgery would change that.

Maybe yours are just more puffy cause of swelling and stuff? Either way, I know if I had bigger boobs I’d feel more confident and happy so maybe puffy nipples would bother me less (not that they do greatly anyway). So hopefully even if they do stay puffy at least you have bigger boobs to make you happy haha

hiya i had realllly puffy nipples that rarely got hard, but when they was erect they looked normal like u said. straight after my BA for a few weeks they wer even puffier n swollen but it got better n they flattened out a little, theyre still puffy but they look alot better on big boobs anyway haha, n coz theyre so much more sensitive after my BA theyre erect alot more lol. dont worry ive found alot of guys actually like em! x

Thank you! that’s great to know. I can imagine they’d be weird straight after the BA like Mercedes said, but it’d only been a short time for her since so hopefully they’ll even out.

Did either of you (or anyone else who reads/comments) find that in bras with puffy nipples that it made up for size? I mean, I’m between a 32AA and 32A (closer to an A) and when I wear 32A bras sometimes I fill them better than other days, depends on puffiness haha.

But when I measure myself with a measuring tape my nipples kinda disappear, if that makes sense…. they make up for some of my size cause they stick out so much, but when I measure myself they disappear with the tape, they’re flattened. If I wear a tight fitting bra my nipples get flattened.

I’m rambling. But yeah, I’m not hugely bothered by them, but if they got worse after a BA I’d be annoyed.

I don’t know, I’ve never really noticed them affecting my bra size so I don’t know on that one. I think theyl deffo go down tho n they do look alot better on bigger boobs, felt like a pubescent girl with my old ones ha. My feeling hadn’t fully come back yet tho with it bring early days so haven’t seen how they look when there erect n normal looking yet aha I’m gonna end up gettin some ice cubes on um later now to experiment! Xx
