Pulling /sharpe pain

Since yesterday my right boob has started pulling near my incision and sending sharp pain init. No paracetamol takes pain away. When i bend lean or stretch. Ive even had to undo my bra so it’s not touching it.

Is this normal would ya say or should I be worried.

Also my nipple look flaky can i put cream on them if so what xx

I dont know about the pulling pain (although have read others have had) can you phone your helpline about it? I would put bio oil on nipple if u have any but sure any cream will do x
