I live near Cardiff but having my ba done up in Highgate. Would i be able to travel back after the op as im only a daycase?

Im also a day case, I was told that you have to live within 35 minutes of the hospital (legal guidelines) otherwise you would need to stop in a nearby hotel, which is what im doing x
