question about arnica?

I’ve been told I can take this. I am about to buy the Nelson’s Arnica 30c from Boots is this the correct 1 as it seems cheap and I got told it cost a fortune??? xx

That was the one I used,my surgeon recommended Arnica.But not all surgeons do.xx

hey dunno if ur talkin about arnica in a tablet form , but think u can also get it as a gel or cream and its amazin x x x x gud luck
