Question to all post op girls please help :)

Heya girls,

Im 9 days post op and had overs. Im taking the herbal pills arnica to help the swelling to go down, i was just wondering when does the swelling finallystop and do u think they’ll shrink nemore?

Also my nipples are sooooo sensitive its unreal all i go to do is brush past them and omg !! Has neone else experienced this and does it calm down eventualy or will they stay like this now??

Hi Naomi,

Arnica is mainly for bruising rather than swelling. So you’ll find your bruising will be little if any. Depending on how long you’ve been takin’ them.

I think ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory so takes down the swelling.

Some people get really sensitive nipples afterwards, some go numb and get the sensation back. Don’t worry too much. Try some cotton wool in your bra over your nipples.

Hey Naomi, l am 20 days po. l have no feeling at all in my nipple at all but l had a uplift so l cant help u there. l want to know when the feeling comes back.

Ice packs or Pack of peas on ur chest helped my swell go down l do it once twice a day x
