Questions about Mr Singh- Pls Help!!!!!

hey Ladies

I need advice from ladies that have had Mr Singh,

Does he use drains??? and also when he tapes you up Im guessin you remove this ur self after 4 days or so????

I had my surgery with Mr Singh yesterday at Highgate. He tapes you up really well and I have a follow up with the nurse to remove it next week. He didn’t use drains with me. Of all the surgeons I had consultations with Mr Singh was the nicest and so far so good. I would recommend him.

Hey, I also had Mr singh yesterday and I didn’t have any drains. I asked the nurse earlier if I can take the tape off after 4 days but she said not until I have seen her in a week. Mr Singh is the best and so lovely.

Becky I feel fine! How did yours go? The weirdest part was waking up and feeling freezing, I was shivvering uncontrollably!
I’ve not had bad pain, as such, but I do have some in my right side. I would say its more discomfort than pain and the tablets seem to work well, they just make me sleepy a lot!

How did u find you’re experience? Are you happy?

I think I will be once I get used to it and the swelling/numbness goes away!

I just wanna get over it now, it’s so boring being stuck in the house with limited mobility isn’t it? xx

I only had a consultation this week but im meeting Mr Singh on the 19th. Im nervous but also verrrry excited

I’m glad your feeling ok. I feel fine too thanks, Just a little uncomfortable when the pain killers wear off but able to move around and do most things again already. I am really happy although i really want my tape off as i look a bit uneven (because the tape isn’t straight) and it’s itching like crazy!!! I know when the tape comes off they will look fab though. My experience was really good my nurse and HC assistant were both lovely but I was sooooo cold when i woke up too…. How nice was the heated blanket though!!!! Have you got the popping noise-feeling? Very strange, makes me go all funny inside!!!…….
Are you able to wear your bra yet? I’ve managed to get mine on now and wearing an E and it’s tight!! I hope the swelling goes down soon although they don’t actually look that huge! Have you taken any pickys? Mine look wierd!!

The people at Highgate were lovely (especially my nurse) but I didn’t like all the waiting around beforehand!
As for my PC… I’ve not heard a thing from the Cardiff Clinic, even though they said I would!

The tape is an annoyance isn’t it? Mine feels tighter on the right side and I think that’s why im getting more pain in that side. My left side is fine (I can do most things). I haven’t had any weird noises but they are very very hard and numb at the moment! My friend says that will take a few weeks to go away! An dthe noises are normal so don’t panic about that! :o) I’m just so impatient. I’m wearing a 34d bra over the tapes but it’s done up very loosely because it doesnt feel necessary. They are strapped up so well! lol

I haven’t taken any pitures because I broke my camera on bank holiday! :o( It’s probablt kinda a blessing in disguise or i’d probably be freaking out about them changing shape etc! lol I’ll take some when my new camera comes back though and send them to you if u want.

All in all, i’m happy with the size because I think when the swelling goes down and the tapes come off they will look natural on my frame and not too big at all! I’m glad I went with the 410’s instead of 380’s now!

Hi im meeting Mr Singh on Monday, I cant wait!!!! I am quite nervous though. Got my op booked on the 28th of May at Highgate. Its really good to see all the good comments about him. xxxx

Hey hun, Of course i’ll keep in touch, e-mail me and i’ll send you some pics if you want….. I feel HUGE since surgery, its normal though apparently and today i have the worst headache ever (real heavy feeling in my brain and down my neck) I might phone my nurse. Think its all the pain killers so stopped taking them….. for now anyway….. I’m sooooooo itchy!!!!!!!!
I haven’t heard off my PC either, i feel a bit let down actually as my original pc left so i got another one and she hasn’t phoned me once, i thought they would phone us before surgery to say good luck and check we were ok with everything and then after to see how we were getting on but nothing. I’m with Birmingham Clinic so they all must be the same…. I’ll get my pics to you soon hun, I hope your feeling ok,

Fairy – sorry to be cheeky but do you have any pics yet? I’m booked in with Mr Singh on 14th May and can’t decide between 380 or 410 unders!!
Noticed you decided on the 410 over 380 and was wondering if you could let me know your height, size, bra size etc and what size you think you are now??
It’s so hard to decide – I’m a small 32b, 5’8 and a size 10 wanting to be a dd. Don’t really want to go any bigger than an e?! Any help or advice is greatly appreciated x

I don’t have any pics yet cos I broke my camera over the bank holiday! :o( But I will take some when I get a new camera.

I am around 5ft 7, size 10-12 and was a 34a, I wanted a C cup (no bigger than a D).

Mr Singh suggested 380 unders or 410 overs for me. I really didn’t want unders because they are apparently more painful and the recovery is longer so I went with the 410’s. He said that the bigger implant over the muscle would lessen the chance of rippling and all the girls on here seemed to recommend going with the largest offered.

Anyways, I had the op done on wednesday and I’m still a bit swollen (plus they feel very high up because of all the taping) but Im wearing a 34d sports bra over the top of the strapping and it fits really well. I’m happy with the size, they don’t look too big at all on my frame and when the soften I think they will look quite natural.

If you are hoping to be a DD and you are a B anyway I woul imagine you should get what you hope for. To be honest, there’s not a lot of difference in volume between the two sizes and so I owuld ask yourself if your biggest dissappointment would be ending up too small, or too large? And then you’ll know what to do! :o)

Hi RW91 i booked my op back in Feb with Mr Singh because he was highly recommended, he only had a couple of dates available that i could do.I found him to be really lovely, i felt very comfortable with him. Sooooo glad he is my surgeon hope you feel the same let me know. Lou xxx
