quick question about saline implants

why some ps agree on overfilling saline implants past the point of the manufacturer recommendation and some dont, my ps is able to fill 850cc to 1090 cc, i am quit tall ( 1.78cm ) so i think my implants wouldnt look as big as i want and if u ladies knows whats the largest saline custom implants? .. thanx in advance xxx
