quick question ladies rhinoplasty…. to make the tip of nose smaller

Ok so i dnt really have a clue what im talking about but Im having my BA on monday and would like to have the tip of my nose a bit smaller in the future.. wonder if any of you have had this done.. and if so can i look at some of your pics pleaseeee xxxxx
