Random Question…..

Hey girlies,

does anyone know how long it is until you are able to lay on your front?

Random question i know, but about 2 months after the op im being treated to a spa day, with full body massage etc, so if im still going to be sore and uncomfortable laying on my front-i guess i should cancel the massage! :confused:

ring the place that you are going to and tell them they should be able to help, they maybe able to do the massage in a different way, avoiding you going on your front or even give you some pillows for extra support. Some people dont mind being on there front, i feel odd sometimes when im on my front but id defo go through it for a massage, lol!

i was able to go on my front from 2 weeks after my op, i couldnt stand lying on my back and craved being back on my side and front

You can lie on ur front from when ever just as long as ur comfortable, if it doesnt feel right then dont do it, listen to ur body

I could lie on front by then just nt all night so u shud be ok for an hour or so xxx

Still haven’t tried laying on my front, and i had my ba over 6 months ago!!! Suppose i ought to give it a go xx

IHAD MY OP DONE 7 MONTHS AGO, AND I STILL FEEL FUNNY LAYING ON MY FRONT?? ITS WEIRED!! I ALWAYS THINK THEY,LL POP OR SOMETHING HA HA! x

I am actually terrified of what to expect….
I know i want it done, as i refuse to look like a flat chested boy any longer! 🙁 but im scared!!!!!!!
