    OMG I know much worse things have happened with some of you post op girls out there.. But I’m feeling the need to rant about this!

    Basically I’m booked in for 3rd may and started getting a bit nervous about things so have been texting and calling my PC for a bit more info and reassurance, but after loads of attempts I’ve still had no reply. I decided to contact the head of the clinic to find out what was going on, only to be told that she’d left the bloody company without a word to me from anyone! So close to my op as well (I know it’s still a month, but I booked it ages ago!) I really could have done with better communication from them. Starting to question all my options now (as you do with sizes etc!!) and just feel like I’ve been let down by them.

    Anyway sorry to rant I’m just really starting to worry now about the choices that I’ve made, and feel like I’ve got no one to talk to about it!

    too bloody right, they shud have informed all her clients asap thats shed left, given u a new pc and number to call and apologised for the inconvienience!!!! simple as that!!! i think a discounts shud be in order cos of the poor customer service xxx

    I agree, your paying for a service…….if you didn’t want communication with Mya you would of gone to surgeon direct…..tell them your not happy, ask for head office number, tell them their actions are unprofessional and how are you meant to trust them with arranging an operation when they cant even inform PAYING clients that their PC has left!!! Xx

    I was so shocked to hear that she’d gone, I had no clue and hadn’t been referred to anyone else! I didn’t know how to respond….. Just said I was ‘a bit disappointed’ understatement of the century! Glad to know I’m not over reacting though xx

    course ur not overreacting hun, u need to write a letter of complaint… they are quick enough to take ur money and im sure if u were to miss a payment they wud be on ur back within seconds!!! its really poor customer service… u need to stand up to ur rights, this isnt a hair appointment its surgery and someone shud be there to talk u thru ur questions and concerns whenever u call xxx
