Re: 5'5, size 8, 350cc / 400cc / 455cc

Hey girlies,

I have seen two surgeons so far and have been offered a choice between (1) 350cc high profile unders (Mr Rezai), (2) 400 / 450cc UHP unders/overs (Mr Singh), so as you can imagine I am lost now. lol! I am 5’5, 32b (looks an a), and size 8. Pleaseeee help me make a decision. 350 unders will look natural but I will have to compromise on the size and is more painful . Whereas recovery with overs is a breeze at the cost of possible rippling and fake look. I AM LOST.

Personally I’d go bang in the middle! That way you can’t really have the regret of going too small or too big because you’re in the middle of both:-) xx

I’m getting high profile partials on Monday, we have pretty much the same stats and the highest my surgeon initial recommended was 325 but we’ve now ordered 350cc so going to choose on the day 🙂 Mr Rezai might do the same for you, just ask him if there’s any possibility of going slightly bigger 🙂 I wouldn’t go too big though as you might get rippling etc. I think the recovery pain will be worth it if you want the natural look though hun! X

May I ask who is your surgeon? You are right about the pain thing, its worth it in the end. Also, Its not always about being able to fit in the right size, a lot of surgeons tend to use smaller implants just to play safe – lil chance of rippling. I just dont wanna spend so much money and then still wearing a push up bra which so many girls end up doing even after a ba. xx

Yeah I know what you mean! I think I’m starting to get boob greed already hence wanting the extra 25cc haha I know 25cc will make no visual difference but I think if I don’t get it, I’ll probably regret it if I think I’m too small post op! But it could also be just enough to cause rippling so I’m just going to see what my surgeon says on the day 🙂 I’m booked in with mr Mounir hun, can’t wait!! I think I’m just going to keep my pre-op photos somewhere so at least when I look at them i will be able to appreciate my implants more haha xx

i agree unders give you a natural look but i have seen girls with overs and they do not look fake tbh i think its what look u ask the surgeon to carry out overs are not just for a fake look they are to fill the top more x

I am empty a cup so that would mean that top would look fuller with overs? I would love to go overs but Rezai said I didnt have enough tissue to go overs :/

if theres not enough tissues then listen to the surgeon they really do know best of posioning of implant and hun dont rush any decision be hundred percent sure before you pay fully xx

This is what I’m stuck between 350 or 400.. 5,7 and currently 34a and wanting to achieve a small D. Swaying towards 400’s but scared to have overs incase they look too fake looking. So hard!! Argh xx

I agree with bella212, you’re tall so you can carry 400cc beautifully, provided that you have enough tissue for overs.

Go for the bigger ! First op I had 340cc xhp and second op I had 420cc xhp in my corrective surgery! Very happy with the bigger and to be honest they look similar size .. The difference is very minimal in size the only thing is risk of rippling increases especially in smaller girls x

I had 400 unders as I’d rather be smaller than have rippling and hide my cleavage because of it.
I had the op to get rid of that feeling of self-consciousness and to have rippling would get me back to have lack of confidence again.
Yes I’d probably would have liked bigger as Dr Singh offered 500 overs initially but even he later agreed it’s too big for my frame. I’m 5.2ft and size 8.
I’m not saying in few years time I won’t want them bigger but for now I’m waiting for them to drop and settle to get the final effect.

I’m also stuck with 400- 450cc.im size 8. 5,4″ tall and 32-b wanting a natural DD look and Mr singh has said I can’t have unders only overs and I’ve asked for the really natural look. So he must know what his doing, plus I think some unders can look fake same with overs. It really does depend on what you want and what the surgeon suggests for you and your body x

@ Yana I agree with you, wouldnt want to hide them, however, its a hard decision as we cant be sure how one’s body would react to implants. I have seen some girls who were flat chested and came out looking so natural and beautiful after the implants. I have also seen girls who had so much more tissue than me and still had issues after their ba. Thats what make it so hard to decide 🙁

@sam we have similar stats girlie 🙂 if you want a natural look then leave it on Mr Singh – he has so much experience that he cant go wrong in my opinion. x x

Penny, I didn’t have rippling with my first ba at 340 soft touch extra high profiles partials…. I do have rippling with my second ba 420 extra high partials… But it’s not obvious I can feel it tho a bit sometimes not always tho! Bf says he can’t see it… I’m in favour of partials because surgeon said chance of breast feeding one day is more possible than overs! Partials reduces rippling than overs but it also depends if your implants are smooth or textures, the implant profiles and the size. I can hardly tell the size difference between my 340cc and my 420 cc…. I had complications tho so I had to have a reop so didn’t do it for the size but I had to have heavier to bring them down …. It’s hard decision but you should discuss your concerns with surgeon make a list and book an appt with him to discuss pros and cons
