Been to see my surgeon today and she’s agreed to a re op. Sooo pleased!! But she said she needs to send my details off to head office. Can they turn you down even if the surgeon has already agreed to the op? X

They’re odd. Ones higher n looks smaller than the other. I measured the difference myself a few weeks ago and measured it 1cm higher. The surgeon confirmed this today. I mentioned my concerns at each app but nothing can actually be done til you’re 6months PO. Soo pleased she’s officially confirmed she’ll do the op. Just hope head office don’t throw a spanner in the works. X

That’s great news hun. I don’t see that Head Office can turn you down if you’re surgeon has agreed to the re-op. At the end of the day the surgeon has already admitted the error. So pleased for you! I am also going back to see my surgeon as Im not happy – but I didn’t realise you had to wait 6 months before they’d do anything. I might put my appointment off until the 6 mths is up as I have a 3 hour journey to the clinic. Already had several wasted journeys so I might be better off waiting x

I think you have to wait so long because you have to have healed properly and what you look like at 6months is unlikely (not Impossible) to change. It takes a few weeks to get a reply from head office then you’re given a choice of dates. I was told different originally but don’t really care now. She’s agreed to the op so that’s all I was really bothered about. What’s a few more weeks when I’ve been waiting months?! How far PO are you Tracy? X

Yeah well that makes sense mini – so not sure why I’ve been offered an appointment now when they know how far away I am. MYA wanting to waste more of my time and money!!! I am nearly 4 months post op x

What don’t you like about yours tracy? Did u have your 6 and 12 week checks? Is your surgeon aware you aren’t happy? X

Congrats hun. Im in the same boat, got my 12 week check (at 13 weeks) on Friday and hoping I get offered a re-op. One is higher, smaller and a different shape, I was asymmetrical pre op though, were you? Xx

Hi amy. No, I was told by two surgeons I had symmetrical breasts and both measured me exactly the same. I was gutted at the difference after my op. How much difference do u have? X

I had 415 in one boob and 485 in the other so quite a big difference. Even the nurse reckoned I needed another 30-60ccs at my 6 week check so fingers crossed I get it! Love having bigger boobs just hate the they are still asymmetrical as that was the point of the op xx

That’s a good thing then that the nurse thinks that. Hope everything works out!! X

I had a 30cc difference in mine and they now look a completely different shape. Also, for some reason I have no upper pole fullness as though the implant is all in the bottom. Even though they still look small they look saggy!! I had a 12 week check and my surgeon told me Id achieved a great result. I hate confrontation and didn’t feel as tho as I could speak up so I just went away. I thought they might get better by themselves but now realise they’re not. Biggest regret ever getting my ba x

    Will do Amy. Thanks X

Hi tracy, if you feel you can’t speak up can you not write everything down and take that with you. Or email it to your surgeon? Someone on here, think it was lisalu71 put it perfectly. If you bought a top and you got home and it was faulty would you keep it or go back and replace it or waste your money and keep a top you’ll never like or wear?

BTW. Emailing him/her might be good. Ive seen some of your posts on here and you’re certainly not afraid to voice your opinion on here. Go for it. What’s the worst that can happen? X

Glad you got your re-op hun. And tracy although personally I cannot fault mr traynor, if you are not happy and has been confirmed the implant is low down and you could have had bigger etc, tell him. Ask him why somebody is saying alot different. I know what you mean about not wanting to say because in the room by myself I would be the exact same, feel like a fool for saying anything. However think of it as a chance to voice your opinion, see what he has to say, and to perhaps consider a re-op. After all after this you never have to see him again if you dont want so get it off your chest? (sorry about the pun!)

Maybe take somebody for moral support :)

    Good luck xx
