Re op required

I had 300 under about 2 years ago. They have never dropped and I now know this is because they have capsluated. I have been offered removal of old under implants and replacement implants but uppers this time. I am concerned that I will be able to see the implant outline as my skin is quite thin. Any advise?

reassuring that someone else has the same problem. I have an appointment at the end of August with the surgeon and co ordinator to discuss what is best. The implants have remained high cos of the CC but over the 2 years the skin below has dropped so they are not sure how successful a re op will be unless I have an uplift as well. I had this once initially and so not want this again. I will let you know how I get on. Have you been back to discuss what they can do for you?

I feel that I have more like pecks than breasts at the moment.

I have that, I call the sagging tissue my udders (it’s clearly seen in my pics).

I have to wait three months before I get any information about anything. I hope I don’t need an uplift too, I’m sure I won’t, but I’m not prepared for one at 24.

It is nice to know there is someone exactly the same as me. I thought my boobs just hadn’t dropped because my muscle was being stubborn, but I was shocked to hear its CC.

When is your re-op xx

i hav’nt a date yet, but I am a teacher and can only really have it during half term so hopefully October. My co ordinator thinks that if I have same size overs this time that they will fill the sagging tissue. She thinks it will make them look more natural. Like you I waited for ages cos I thought it was my muscles holding them so am pleased that it is CC. I had an uplift as I mentioned but have big scars around my nipples and down the centre and I diffently do not want that again so have said NO to an uplift. I am quite abit older than you (55) late starter you would say I am sure if you need an uplift you will be fine. I do get confused about all the different types of implants, unders, overs, half unders, teardrop etc. Do you have any views as to what is best?

I think I’ll stick with unders if possible, as they are supposed to be less risk of CC, but I’m changing implants to the soft touch ones, as they reduce the risk again. I have read stories of people getting it are more likely to get it again, but I just hope I’m not that unlucky.

It’s good to know what is causing it like you said, but still a pain, as I can see more of the CC every time I look at them (wearing a braless dress to a wedding today and I literally had to leave to change into a dress where my udders couldn’t be seen)

I can’t get time off work now until jan, as I need to wait three months before going back, otherwise I’d book in for ASAP. I would just like the nice boobs I paid to have xx

my skin is very thin also with stretch marks which now cant be seen after my BA, i had 410&460 cui overs if this helps, the larger the implant the more they will fill emprty/thin skin

my skin was really thin & stretched, i had 410&460 cui overs in may with dr grob, my stretch marks cant be seen now, boobs look great but doc has told me as my skin is so thin and has no elasticity i will have to wear a good sport bra for ever otherwise i will need a lift as gravity will take its course so i have to look after them well!

thanks, lots to think about. I have spent the last hour reading posts on different issues about responsives moderate or high profile. soft touch, overs unders. What are CUI’s please vroobles? I have also read that naturelle will give a lifetime guarantee so that sounds a good thing too. Will give an update after my next consultation. thanks everyone.

hi there i had the same prob in that mine didn’t drop and my breast tissue was hanging beneath the implants yuk! had a re op last week and had to have anatomicals to give a mini lift, maybe this would work for you, mine are already a much better shape and my nips are pointing the right way at last lol xxx

thanks delouise I will mention this at my appointment I have already told the surgeon I do not want an uplift so this may help. Have read that anatiomicals can flip were you warned about this

yes but i know quite a few girls that have had them without probs and the risk is less than it would be for the same thing to happen again if i had the round ones again xx

What type of anatomicals did you have? unders or overs? I have been doing lots of research and think implants can also be soft or responsive and smooth or textured. Are anaatomicals one shape or are they also high, moderate or low profile? Sorry delouise so many questions but I want to be able to see the surgeon with all the facts dont want to have to go through this again. Thanks

you have the same profile choices with anatomicals, i had unders again and they look great already! hopefully they will stay that way!! i know mine are natrelle style 410 high profile, hope this helps xx
