Reaction to tape and drains. Help!

I had a reaction to where they taped the drains to my stomach but it’s so sore and oozy! (Gross I know) keeps getting stuck to anything I wear so trying to let it air dry. If anyone has any advice or tips they would be hugely appreciated. Tia xxx
