Hi Girls,
I keep reading all these posts re bad back from sleeping upright after op and am so worried as I have a really bad back anyway from Scoliosis and two bulging discs at the bottom of my spine. Does anyone know if you actually have to sleep sitting upright or can you just sleep with your top half elevated a bit?
Thanks girls xx
you dont actually have to sleep upright hun, more like you have said with your top half elevated xx
Thanks girls, so by elevated just a couple of pillows under your back? where does the V pillow come into it? x
The v neck will be great neck support i still use mine now love it x x
Thanks Hush2 – how many days PO are you? can’t wait to start sleeping on my front again x
oh wow I can’t wait to get to that stage. Can you sleep on your front now? x
missy im 8 months too an i still cannot lie on my front for very long its something i miss and makes sunbathing a nightmare lol xx
Oh damn, the sleeping on your front thing seems to be hit and miss! I’m only having 275 overs so maybe I’ll be one of the lucky ones. Some nights I can literally only sleep on my front, pregnancy was a total nightmare and more often than not I just ended up not sleeping…x
think we need beds with holes cut out lol, i had 460 overs so maybe thats why its so uncomfortable maybe the smaller the implant the easiar it will be, fingers crossed for you though hopfefully you will be able to, i know cuks sleeps on her front and shes 4 weeks po xx
hahaha yeah that sounds good – maybe I’ll have to invest in a memory foam mattress or something for after!?! xx
I woke up maybe twice on my front really miss it x x
I wouldn’t worry too much about your back, worry about your bum lol get lots of squishy pillows to sit/lie on x
