Really disappointed my MYA

Had my surgery on May 26th. Saw the nurse at one week and saw what my new belly button looked like- it looked awful and had been practically taken away. The nurse said it would be a re op and not too worry she would speak to Dr traynor and call me to reassure me. I also had an appt to see him. No phone call from the nurse. I was in a state about the mess my belly was. Rung to check my appt with dr traynor was running on time and he was running very late and I couldn’t stay all night. Last time my appt was 6.45pm and I was seen at 10.30pm. Rang the nurse to get her to chase up what dr traynor thought of my pictures. Promised a reply again and nothing. Text my PC several times and reassured she would get back to me but nothing. The. I got a phone call from mya about the new treatments so took my chance to say how upset I was bearing in mind I haven’t even seen the surgeon since my op in May!! She promised a manager would call me back tomorrow – nothing again. Rang again on Monday put through to Manchester. Spoke to the receptionist who promised Alison (PC) would call me back after an hour – she was in a meeting.

Absolutely had enough now. I hate what they have done to my body. Pleased with my boobs but can’t show them off when I’m so unhappy with my belly button. It looks worse than it did originally and I have no support what so ever.

Be cautious when booking with this company. Great when things go well but nothing when things go wrong. I’m now starting to speak to solicitors as I don’t know how else I’ll get this fixed

Why has your belly button been damaged or whatever? Gotta be honest, I’m so glad I decided against this company, I’ve heard a LOT of bad reports recently. Unless something is absolutely serious, they just take your money and run. x

I had surgery on both my belly button and a breast enlargement. Had they rectified this I would of been really happy with MYA apart from a few late appointments but frankly for the right surgeon I didnt care. But this is beyond ridiculous now.

PICKLE – hun how r u? OMG cant beleive this is still not sorted and u still not seen Mr T x Have you not even seen him for ur 12 week check on your boobs?

Hey pickle i am really good thanx and the boobs are fab xx cant beleive u not seen MR T .. i saw him at 12 weeks and got the all clear. I’m sure the MYA MOD will do her best to sort this out for you. xx stick at it gal u paid all this monet for perfection and dont accept anything less x

Im not sure why this happened, the system may have been confused as two people may have been trying to post at exactly the same time. This has never happened before.

We will get our tech team to look at this in the morning.

Sounds dodgy to me! Its no wonder people are wary of fake profiles when this happens
