Really getting me down now

Hi girls,

I had an uplift and 380cc partials 9wks ago yesterday, my right has dropped nicely i think(tho i sometimes wonder if its dropped too low) but my left is not dropping and it is really getting me down.

I’ve been massaging twice a day for over 2wks now and there is no change at all.

I can’t not wear a bra as it is so visible and even with a bra on you can see that one is fuller higher than the other.

I just dont know what to do, i’ve been waiting 3wks for Leeds MYA to phone me with my 3mth surgeon appointment as apparently they didnt have dates for May when i saw nurse 3weeks ago yesterday.

Is it really hard still or sore? or has it just not caught up with the other one yet? xx

Awww hun I can imagine it’s hard but don’t let it get you down, everybody heals at different rates but just keep on at mya to see you. They should have a nurse see you if your that worried cos it’s not fair on you. I hope you get it sorted, the mya mod should see this and try and help you aswel X

I think this might be a bit of an isolated case Sam. MYA are never usually off the phone!

Give them another phone for peace of mind. You should be able to contact your nurse at any time though. Please raise your concerns with MYA so they are made aware you feel theres an issue.

The sooner they see you the better.

Give them a ring sam and demand an appointment, you paid a lot of money for this op! I know it must be getting you down, my heads been all over the place these last few weeks as i don’t think i am healing properly! I really feel for you hun, i hope you get the help and advice you deserve xx

Sam if the mya mod doesn’t see this msg them and they’ll sort it out for you, like jo said it’s alot of money to be more unhappy than you were in the first place X

I’ve got my nurse to make me an appointment but its not until 10th may so i’ll be 13wks post op then. When i saw the nurse at 6wk check she asked which i thought there was a problem with and to me, my hubby and best friend its obvious which i’ve got the problem with. She seems to think its just taking longer than the other and i really hope thats the case but it doesnt even look right to me, i think i’ve pulled something and its healed in the wrong place or something i dont know, the outside of my left boob was sore but its pretty much gone with massaging but thats about all massaging has achieved. xx
