Really need advice on breast lump, 1yr+ postop. Please quite worried.

Ive not posted on here in ageeeees so heres a bit of info….

I had my implants march 23rd 2011, 410cc unders, from 32A now 32DD, no problems, i then fell pregnant in june and had my lil boy April this year, my milk came through as normal but i didnt breast feed and my boobs went back to normal within a week, well today (5wk later) i noticed a lump, its only tiny pea sized maybe smaller, an now i dont know what to do? Could it be rupture or another kind of lump, obviously id prefer rupture to anything cmore serious but the lump is like right under the skins surface on the top of my boob (above the nipple) so if it was rupture would i feel it there (with having unders) please can someone help, ive scared myself and i cant even get to a doctor till after the weekend thanx in advance. sorry to hear about this, all I can say is try not to worry (i know its easy for me to say it) but you have done the right thing calling the doctors. They will know what to do. Hopefully its something of nothing. I remember after my little girls my boobs went through changes for over a year. xx I didnt have implants then but I got all sorts of lumps and bumps when they stated to go down. xx it could be just a gland, especially if its around the nipple xxx

Don’t panic, go and see your GP on Monday. It is more likely a blocked milk duct. I would also be very very surprised if the implant had ruptured. I see all sorts of lumps and dumps everyday at work on boobs and all sorts of other places.
