REALLY need advice on difference between soft touch and normal??

Are they ALOT different? Much better quality and do they look, feel much different? thanks help appreciated sooooo much! xxxxxxxx

I have had soft touch as I had overs and was worried about ripple, they are firmer than responsives. Im 6 days post op and they feel soft already.
