Hi girls, got my ba is booked for 4th april, really nervous as I couldn’t afford to go with mya and have wanted to for years now but seen a deal with nu cosmetic clinic for £2990 and so decided to go with them, don’t know much about them though but seemed nice enough and played it ignorant up until now but decided to do some research on my surgeon this morning, Mr amadeo usai, and not much came up however I seen comments off a woman sayin that he’d butchered her and she’d had pip implants and they’d both ruptured and her scars were terrible and she was meant to get corrective surgery on them but he cancelled 4 times, I know this is only one woman but its really knocked me back, felt as though it was too good to be true anyways as never thought I could afford them. Don’t know what to do

Hey hun i can see why you’re worried!my opinion is that 2990 is still alot of money and that if you are going to spend that much why not spend a bit more with mya to make sure you get exactly what you want knowing that you are in safe hands. I hope things go well with whatever you decide on tho hun

sophie is right hun, no matter the price, its still money you are spending, and whoever you go with, you need to be 100% happy with what you are going through, and who you are having it with. i researched Mario Russo loads after i booked in with him, and i only found very minimal bad comments, most about his good looks (saying how can anyone be a good surgeon if they look that good?! petty!) and the rest of them where about nose’s, so i felt very safe, and very happy. im 10 days post op now, and i knew i made the right decision, and went with the right person for what i wanted xx
If your already having second thoughts then I suggest you go with someone else; also it really concerns me that you don’t know much about your cosmetic surgery company either. Another worrying thing is the price that you are paying; £2900 was the average cost for a BA about 6 to 8 years ago in this country, now the average cost of a BA is £4240 – £5045. It seems a very low price for such a high cost procedure which leads me to believe that they must be cutting corners somewhere for it to be so low…maybe people are fine after the initial operation, but you don’t know if they’ve had any long term complications. Think about it; the cosmetic surgery business is fiercely competitive, so why aren’t other companies following the cosmetic clinic’s lead and slashing their prices too? I really would suggest going with MYA or another large company/clinic who have a good reputation…at the end of the day you have to decide what’s more important…your health and the condition of your breasts or waiting a little bit longer to save the money? It’s not even £1000 more to go with MYA…you might as well pay. I’m really not trying to scare you, I just want to help you see if taking the risk is really worth it. In my view it’s really not wise to take a gamble on your body/wellbeing just to save a few hundred pounds. Good luck though xx
Hun, I agree… If you’re spending near enough £3000, just save a bit longer and make sure you are 100% happy. It could easily be a one off bad experience for this woman but if you feel uncomfortable about it, I personally wouldn’t go ahead. xxx
