really really annoyed !!!!

been for my pre-op today & nurse has just decided they need all this info from my GP & with only a week to get it they might have to put my op back… meant to be going in 11th oct… if i dont get it done then i cant get time off work until NEXT YEAR !!

theyve had my medical info for the past 4 week, what they playin at leavin it until last minute?!?!

What information are they requesting babe? Thats not good.. nor fair!! Bless you. I’d be truly upset if that was me!

Obviously though, depending what they are requesting from your GP I am sure they are only doing it with your health in mind… you wouldnt want to go ahead with it if you had low/high blood pressure or anything that could have a negative effect?!

Its because i have been to docs with pain in my ribs about 2 months ago and theyve made me an app for an ultrasound for my abdomen in a few weeks, i havnt felt pain in the last 2 months though. I understand why they need to find out, but im just really mad because i filled out the med form just under 4 weeks ago, and they clearly havnt even looked at it until a week before my op? xxx

Transform did this with me too, they had to get conf i cud go ahead with my ba, just cos id had a baby 8 months b4. But my doctor friggin said i shud wait!! i was sooooo gutted!! and the surgeon decided she wouldnt do my op! but in the end another surgeon came forward at transform and said he didnt mind and would go ahead. So all was ok! i am sure it will all be ok in the end. Just get onto the phone to your gp and tell him to rush the info through even fax it to them! then ring mya and blag them until they have got it! then tell them to sort it asap!. thats what i did and it worked in the end XX
