Really really fed up of MYA. Refund?

I posted about 6 weeks ago that my op was postponed because mr adamo didn’t want to operate on me because of my medical history (eating disorder like 3 years ago) and my pc told me to get another letter from my GP. I had to do all the chasing up and organisation and have just been told the letter has been received and mr adamo is still refusing to operate. I’m so upset. I payed for my op back in November last year, my op was booked for 1st feb and now it’s march and Im back at square one. My pc said I can see another surgeon or do I want a refund!!! I chose MYA because I thought they looked like the best company; having a Brest enlargement should be a smooth process to keep stress to a minimum, instead I’m left not knowing what to do and whether to stick with MYA or get my money back and go elsewhere. But I’d have no idea which company to go to!! All in all I’m very upset; Ive been so angry with MYA since this started but now I just feel disappointed. Mehhhh

That isn’t good honey, I woul speak to your pc & try to see someone else, get everything put in writing so that you can hold them to what they say,

Do you know what the GP letter said?

For some reason, Mr Adamo’s reservations about your surgery have not been alayed.

why not try and see another surgeon, and ask him if he will operate despite your eating disorder with your initial consultation with him.

similar thing happened to my friend (not mya tho harley medical i think) they said they couldnt operate coz of something a brain scan showed, but then she went to transform and they operated no problem! weird! x

I went with transform hun with a lot of medical probs and it wasnt a problem x

I find it funny how MYA see this as a problem but still operate on the TOWIE girls who have massive eating disorders?! xx

I Think its mainly down to the surgeon and not mya I’ve had eating disorders and really bad self esteem issues and was under a therapist, I had to get a note from gp n my surgeon Mr kazzazi is Happy to go along with it now. Maybe try and see a different one hun? I know how fustrated you are though mine was postponed because of it, mine was meant to be 3rd of feb xx hope u sort it xx
