Cui have a gaurantee for 10years againt spontaneous rupture and the inspira range hav a lifetime gaurantee for this. The inspira are about 400more..i asked if I dnt need to replace them but never got a straight answer coz theres other things tht couldneed a reop like ur body changing x

the inspira come in 2 diff implants and have the guarantee plus a lower rupture rate, but there is always the possibility of reop, if it was for rupture the inspira will be replaced for free and you’ll be given money towards cost of reop, but if you wanted reop for other reasons eg after breastfeeding to lift them back up then that would not be covered for any implants, although the implants would be able to be reused unless you wanted a change of size. The inspira ones also have soft touch range which reduces chance of rippling and capsular contracture, but I heard that reop is more difficult because the implant is designed to stick to breast tissue better than the cui’s. You’d need to work out what you want from the op and the implant and then do a bit of research.

I saw two surgeons, both told me that medically there isn’t any reason to change them unless, like princess said, ur body changes or they rupture etc… but in general with no problems they will last as long as you keep them for! xxxx
