Really sore nipples – day 7 and day 1 of wearing the macom…

Hey!

I went to holborn today for my 1 week check and the nurse was very happy with my results so far and said that my scars are looking good. Yey!

But today my nipples are soooooo sore and today is the first day i have to wear my macom.

As I had the dressings removed today too the bra feels like it is rubbing on my scars and its doing my head in lol

Any tips to ease the pain?

Aw I don’t miss this bit, poor you. Try some sudo cream on your nipples x
