Really sore nipples

Hi Girls this is hard to explain but wondered if anyone else is experiencing this? I have no feeling when you touch the skin of my nipples but they are really sore? Sort of like when you come on a period from the inside maybe? If you know what I mean does it go and how long? X

Are your numb then? And sore then? I also have this strange feeling behind them when I move them not a pain like there is liquid behind them? Where did you get mEasured? X
