sussed it now. im having re-aug, had mine done 18 yrs ago at transform, 260 nagor i think, had 2 kids since then. having 2nd consulation this morning with mr traynor, think im having 380 (i forgot), mr traynor mentioned overs but i thought unders would be better, but im not the expert.

He said overs to me not unders but he said unders not overs to my sister on the same day so he does tailor his advice to what he thinks is best for each patient, thats what 25 years of doing boobies does!! He is very experienced and even though I was unsure about overs for myself at first I have realised that the reasons he offered my overs are very valid!! As he is concerned that I would have a high chance of double bubble if I have unders as my natural breast tissue is likely to slip off the implants (I need an uplift too after losing 5 stone so very lax tissue!). He said despite the fact that they may sag a bit sooner being overs that is much better than having to cope with double bubble later and end up in and out of theatre!!
