I had my op 15th September, for the first week I didn’t wear a bra just had strapping and breast band on the advice of my surgeon. From day 6 I was wearing a m&s sports bra in a 36DD which allowed for swelling but as the swelling went down it was slightly too big but due to not being able to drive or move much I had to wait another couple of days until my mum could take me shopping for another bra. I’m now snugly in a 34E and it’s a perfect fit, I just tried the 36DD on thinking I could sleep in it so I’m not wearing the same one 24/7 and I could tell such a difference and that there was no support in it whatsoever.
Now I’m really scared that I’ve been wearing the wrong bra with rubbish support for a few days and this might have affected my results and I could have done some damage?
Please can someone help? I’m stressing loads about it ????
