Really worried about my appointment next Monday :-(

Im seeing Mr T next Monday and expect to be offered a re-op.

Really really started worrying today as someone has suggested what if he only offers to replace the ‘wrong’ implant and wants to leave the other in?

Surely not??!! What do you think?

That would just be so wrong!!

Plus, if I have to go through a re-op Im gonna push for slightly bigger.

I know I should just wait until Monday but the not knowing is making me so anxious, can’t settle!

tell them bollocks, u want a proper re op because they effed up in the first place! that should never have happened, there both completely dif implants so god knows what the surgeon was playing at! xx

tracey i seen ur dilema the other week but didnt have time to comment, what a balls up!!!!!!! butttttt do u not think this could be a belssing in disguise, youve not been happy with size or shape from the start and now you have another reason to get them re done! I think the surgeon/mya/hospital wont have a leg to stand on to decide what to keep in and what not to so go in and make ur self heard about how appauled u are this happend and u want both out and fresh ones in, imagine the pip ones were still in use and u ended up with one of them in!! eeek let us know how u get on good luck xxxx

Thanks. But I’ve just got a really bad feeling about all of this now! MYA will just be looking out for themselves and saving money!

clairebear – it would have been a blessing if Id discovered this sooner yes but Im getting married in September so unless I get a re-op v soon my boobs aren’t gonna be right! x

hun im sure they will fix this for u, if u take this further i dont think a big company like mya will want to b known for anything bad relating back to them??, im sure they will sort it out, try not to worry, i cant believe this has happened to u in the first place, dont b fobbed off hun good luck x

Just wish they could’ve seen me this week as can’t bear another weekend not knowing what the hell is going to happen! I found out about this last Thursday and I should’ve been top priority! Feel really crap today! x

I am still reeling after reading your post last week, its truely shocking and cannot believe you are going through this! Have you taken any legal advice, because if you haven’t I strongly suggest you do.. You need to arm yourself with as much info as possibe for your appointment because I guarantee that’s what they are doing before your meeting! Definately take someone with you to witness the appointment and don’t let them fob you off with excuses or half measures! You really are in a position where they should be bending over backwards to put things right for you physically and emotionally.. You could really go to town on them. I’m so sorry that you are going through this, truely shocking! I really hope you get the result you should’ve had in the first place swiftly.. Big Hugs Hunny xxxx

Thanks Heidi just really really terrified about going in there next week. Ive been told on another forum that Im likely to get fobbed off and I was hoping I was gonna be well looked after!
