Rearranged Appointments!

Anyone else had a bad experience of constant rearranged appointments with MYA!

I’m beginning to find it quite frustrating I had had my appointment that was finally on Tuesday rearranged twice still on the same day but 3 different times were altered. Then received a phone call last night to rearrange my appointment for today.

They were very bleak on giving explanations for this I wouldn’t normally mind a one off but I think I’m loosing confidence in them because if it!!

That’s a shame hun, I had my pre op cancelled half an hour before it was due which was annoying after arranging childcare x I know they do get super busy around this time of year due to summer and people going away on holiday so that’s the only reason I can think up- still not acceptable. X

No it’s not, well it’s been rearranged for Tuesday so will see how that goes. I understand there busy but there a huge company and admin for appointments should be exceptional I wouldn’t expect that level of disorganisation.

Really does make me question them, but I’ll put it over my head this time and hopefully a plain sailing appointment on Tuesday 😀

I was suppose to go today again to see mr mounir an been cancelled until Tuesday too x
