Reassurance post op girls??

Hi girls was just woundering how they take the White band off as it’s stuck to my skin and it looks like it’s going to hurt x

hey hun, it looks worse than it is honestly, i thought omg this is guna hurt like a bugger but it isnt as bad as u think just ask the nurse to wet them first if possible xxx
