Reassurance re rhino swelling please!!

Hey, im sorry to do a moany post but im 4 months post op from open rhino today and feeling really down about my nose..

Im happy with the bridge/slope etc its just the tip is so big now and round and i dont understand as my nose wasnt like that before i liked the shape of my tip pre op and i told dr g this and i asked him to leave my tip the same just wanted it a bit shorter so i dont understand why the whole shape of it has changed.. And it hangs down really low in the middle looks awful.. Up to now iv had days when i love it and days when i hate it but today the swelling is bad and im just down as its 4 months so was hoping it would be getting better by now but im sure its bigger than when the cast came off.. im really worried iv made a mistake and theres nothing i can do.. feel like from the front i looked better before (my profile is def better now) and for the first time im actualy wishing i didnt do this and to make things worse ive been told most people think i looked better before..!

Really hope this is just swelling and it wont stay like this and will get better.. i know i need to be patient but was just hoping for some reassurance from anyone whose swelling has gone down loads after 4/5 months? or should it have improved by now..

when i saw dr g for my 6 week check up i said will the tip stay so round.. all he said was i need to touch it as little as possible as the more i touch it the bigger will be.. but i dont get how its ended up so round in the first place..

Dont want to put anyone off as most people are sooo happy after theres straight away and i see so many noses on here that look absolutely perfect straight away!! i just really need some reassurance…

hey layla my tip was massive at 3 to 4 month. still it was around 8 month my nose changed it went alot smaller. im now 9 month and i still have swelling but im liking it more every time it goes down check my piks ive put how many months i was at the time x
