Reaugamentation after pregnancy

Hi ladies, thanks I’m 5 years post BA and 1 year post partum and thinking about getting the boobs redone.

So 5 years ago I was teeny tiny size 4/6 body size and C/D in cup 270cc ultra high round implants.

Now I’m probably an E, my boobs sit where I want them to sit but I just don’t like how much skin is left so an uplift isn’t what I’m considering.. has anyone had a reaugamention after pregnancy without uplift?
What surgeon did everyone have? I previously had ms Lutz but she’s no longer with them and I’ve been advised to go with Dr Anna Deleo

Not a reaugmentation but post two babies close together and breastfeeding I went from a 30D to a 30F. After that, my boobs went back to a D. They also still sat where I wanted but they felt empty.

I had surgery with dr netri, he did a dual plane 400cc to fill out the looser skin on the bottom and it’s worked well 🙂

That’s amazing. What was the recovery like? I’ve a two year old who I pick up a lot and can’t imagine how we’d cope not picking him up to put in pram / cot for six weeks!
