Recomendation for PO pain

Hii, im 9 days PO, had my tape off yesterday n all of a sudden my mussles under my arm n in my boob must of seized up was painful to even move my right arm, have been taking anadin for mussle n back pain and already feel 100% better hope this helps anyone suffering with the same problem xx

Im having really bad back pain so il try that x
