    I’m having my ba on 4th Dec (!!!!!) can anyone recommend any good support bras?
    I’ve just been on M&S website & their support bras start at 34C – i’m hoping to be a 32 D / DD ??

    i’d always recommend going up at least one back size due to the swelling… i went up 2 because they where really tight.
    I got my bras from asda and they have been really good and they where only 4 quid!
    I did see a 2 pack in M&S the other day for

    hi i got mine from m&s i got the shock absorbers i wanted dd e cup n was told 2 get both im nearly 3 weeks post op n still in the e cup n im finding these sports bras really comfy were a bit dear i payed 25 each lol but was worth it payed good money 4 my boobs so think they deserved 2 ave expencive bras lol

    if you go to Debenhams you can get the shock absorber bras from there in 2 packs aswell they are cheaper in 2 packs. Just depends on how much you want to spend on it before you have your final size
