Recommended sizes, do I go bigger?

My surgery isn’t until November and I keep over thinking about my sizes!

I have dr traynor and my recommended sizes were 300,325,350,375 I do have one breast bigger than the other. When trying the rice hack at home after having my consultation the 375cc looked huge.. yet id chosen that at my consultation. So I had another appointment and tried the sizes again.. happy with 350/375cc (rice hack just isn’t the same result)

My only concern is the comments on this forum everyone is saying they wish they had gone bigger and got used to the swelling.

Would I be happy with 350/375cc or do I go 375/400cc? I don’t know if it’s going to be abit too much and if to go against what my surgeon suggested being the biggest. But I’d hate to spend all this money and wish they looked better 😕

I am facing the same issue. The biggest that was suggested for me was 350 and 375, I have one bigger than the other too. The rice hack looks so big, may be as I am not used to it. But I have seen many people also say that their breasts looked smaller as they settled after surgery.

I had 395cc in both breasts and I am 5ft 4 and 54kg size 8. Mine don’t look small and I am 4 weeks post op, some days I think they look smaller but then I remember how saggy and empty mine were before 😂😂 I was also 34D and after breastfeeding I was an empty 34B! I will attach pics below xx

Hi Daisy, I have a drop and fluff thread on here showing mine. I had 375cc high profile over the muscle for reference. I’ve just uploaded week 12 update.

So update, my surgeon has said it’s fine to go 375/400cc agreed with no questions asked! Roll on November 🤩

I originally said 375 at my consultation. So I wanted to show my partner and the rice hack made me look like Dolly Parton! So I was going to go for 325/350 But I then went back to see the nurse and tried the 350-375 again in my surgery bra and it wasn’t as big as the rice hack at home. Then read through all the comments that people wished they had gone slightly bigger because of you getting used to the swelling. So I asked my surgeon if the 375/400 would look too much and he agreed to go for it with no questions asked 😊 there’s not actually much difference in the sizes! I don’t know if this helps but I used uk enhanced medical for there pictures on Instagram as they put the sizes on that people have had in the caption.
