I was absolutely fine doing everything myself, although my mom wouldn’t let me lift a finger! As long as you don’t lift and stretch hopefully you’ll be able to manage yourself xx

Hey hun i was alone from from day 1 and i survived lol but i must say get everything you need such as the mistakes i did i left clothes i needed on the upper shelf of my wardrobe i couldnt use my arms i had to get the mop to make everything fall lol and with the plates same thing i had to wait for my aunt to use one and once its on the drying rack i stole it and kept it as mine LOL same with cups cause our cupboards are high and nobody here knew i had a boob job so i was acting really suspicious LOL but first days i ordered food and id say after 5 days i was able to cook and lift things a bit more 🙂

Haha yeah it’s so difficult to think what you will need! Like you said Kim getting a cup or plate I wouldn’t have thought of that lol! I don’t know how you managed, do they still not know now?! That must have been so hard to try to act normal and do everything xxx

Ive been alone since day 1 post op and been stuck on sofa mainly, its a recliner and at first i couldnt get myself up unless someone sat the chair up but was sleeping throughout the day which made time go quicker. Im now starting to be able to do things better myself. I do take longer to heal though so i doubt it will take as long for most people xx

I would take as much help as you can get, I think I over did it on the first day as I felt fine but was still on lots of painkillers. By the second day I was getting worse but could still make a cup of tea etc. I’ve stopped taking painkillers so needed some help getting up from lying down but remember everyone’s different and just take things slowly. I even stood at my front door yesterday waiting for someone to walk past to open up my jar of dorito dip (comfort food) haha xxx
