Recovery bra

Hey everyone, my BA is on December 1st at Fitzroy, getting so excited now! Can anyone recommend what bra was best for them during recovery? Unsure of which one to get and how many to get?

Hey huni I got few but the best one for me by fair was from Debhams it was the This Shock Absorber sports bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.
High impact this was by far the best of the lot my surgeon said it was one of the best ones he had seen in a long time as it’s important to get the best one with full uplift n implants it’s got like this snap back and keeps your implants off your incisions so give them time heal with out the weight of the implant x

Hi girls, Iam a empty 34b having 500cc asked to be a D/DD what size should I get do u think, I go in the shops pick them up and think Iam never going to feel that up lol also do u have to wear the sports bra when u have the strapping on

Hey huni if I was you I would go n to Debhams my mum is bra fitter at store n bury and she told me that all the fitters are fully trained up for pre op girls and post op my mum fitted me for my sports bras for all 3 ops and they have all fit well plus it’s give u chance to feel which sports bra is the best xx
