recovery room!!!

Do they allow someone to come to you, or do they just take you back once your awake and ready?? x x

I don’t think it’s allowed hun, because in the recovery room there will still be patients coming round after being under etc. My husband had to wait in the room till I was wheeled back in.

Yeah my hubby too, he wanted to see me but was not allowed x

ohhh thats poo must be a kid thing then. my daughter has had grommits in a few times now and im allowed into recovery to fetch her lol. wonder if i cry they will fetch him hahahahah 😆

I was awake all of 5 mins before I got wheeled back to my room xx

Yeah I was only awake for 5 or 10 minutes before getting wheeled back. Just make sure you’ve told whoever is waiting to expect you to be gone for a bit longer than the actual op takes, so they’re prepared and not worrying! Xx

My mum was in recovery after her op for 40 mins, was the most nerve racking time of my life so defo let who ever your with know that it will be longer xx

They didn’t let anyone in recovery with me. But i was only there for 15mis then got wheeled back to my room where my mum and best friend were waiting x

I was only in recovery for 5 mins too before being wheeled back to my room x x
