Recovery time issues, please advise

Got my Ba 7th July, will I will able to go to a hair appointment 10 days later or will i still be too sore, perhaps have a new job too so might have to go back to work (office work) 12 dats after, will this be ok?

i only had 6 days off work, i was able to drive and lift mine over my head, you should be fine xx
