Recovery/Post OP shopping list help!

I wanted to be totally prepared for my operation in January, but I’m having a complete block when it comes to writing a list! I’d like to know what is on your ‘must have’s’ list for the recovery period and also what size of sports bra you think I’d be best buying? I’m 5’9, size 8, small 32 b currently and I’m having 400cc implants. Or maybe I should wait to be measured afterwards? I’ve already bought a Macom bra from someone on here for the first stage. I’m also having a tummy tuck at the same time, so if anyone’s had that done I’d be interested in knowing what you found useful for that recovery too. Gah, it’s so close now and I’m feeling totally anxious and unprepared.

V pillows post op bra you have that tho ice packs very loose fitted clothes roll on deodorant neck pillow painkillers for when the ones they give u run out plenty of pillows to get comfy as you won’t be moving about as much with tummy tuck aswell and books magazines box sets on telly as your gonna be pretty much limited on movement I’ve added you as a friend aswell Hun I’ve had my ba 6 months ago and currently saving for tummy tuck so would like to follow your progress if ok xxx
