Reduction in implant size

Hi, I currently have 625 implants and am a 36f. I have wondered on and off whether this is too big. I have lost about a stone and a half and haven’t actually managed to buy smaller clothes as they won’t fit around my boobs!
Has anybody reduced their implant size and how did you find the recovery etc. I had tubular breaststroke prior.

Would be great if anybody has any pics that they are happy for me to look at. I’m a bit concerned about sagging skin given the reduction in size.
