Hi! I am due to have a slight reduction and uplift no implants.
I’m currently a 34E which the surgeon advised he wouldn’t do the surgery with an implant as my breast are heavy already.
He said I will need a slight reduction and uplift. I can’t find many pics of an uplift with no implants.
Does anyone have any to share please? I’m booked for 30th March and feeling nervous! Thank you xx

Hi! Aw may see you there then! I have found some photos on instagram for breast reduction/uplift etc but not from MYA or Mr Mahdi. I’ve started an instagram page @mya_march22 to document mine for people in the same position as us! Xx

Hi, I am looking at a uplift and implants with Mr Mahdi but I’ve spoke to them today and they have said based on my photos I might not need an implant as they will sag again? … I feel dissapointed! Has anyone got any photos without implant? Or been told the same? X

Hi! They said the exact same to me! I’m a 34E, and I wanted uplift and implants and he said with the weight of my boobs now and the tissue I have they will just sag with an implant. He said I either got a reduction to an A cup now, and then 12 months later get implants or I do an uplift on its own with a slight reduction going down 1/2 a cup size. I was disappointed at first but I’m fine with it now as I’m glad they told me the truth and didn’t just take my money and go. I’ve spoke to a few people who haven’t used Mr Mahdi but used MYA with no implants and they look good! I have made an instagram username above if you want to see mine when there done. I’m booked for 30th March! X

Hi everyone. All done! I honestly can’t believe it. Everyone at Preston has been amazing, so nice and helpful. I arrived at 8:15am, my surgery wasn’t until 11:30. I’ve never had an operation before so I was really nervous when it got to being on the operating room bed! But everyone put me at ease so well. From that point I woke up and was taken to my room. Honestly *touch wood* I don’t feel any form of pain. I’m sore don’t get me wrong when I go to move and shuffle around the bed but I’m in no pain. I’ve been offered painkillers since I come out of surgery but haven’t taken any. I think I might take some before I go to sleep to make sure I’m not waking up during the night if the pain comes on! All in all I am SO pleased!!!! The best decision ever I absolutely love them. The nurse told me she couldn’t believe I didn’t have implants and it’s one of the neatest work she’s seen in the hospital! If you are nervous about not having an implant don’t be! I’m in love! If anyone has any questions I’ll be happy to answer. Once I’m home tomorrow I’ll upload some pics! Xxx

Hi Megan, how are you feeling and recovering? So pleased to hear you’re happy with the results. I am due for an uplift in just over 3 weeks so it would be great to hear back from you on how you’re doing.

Hi! Aw so excited for you!! I am doing really well! I am really shocked at how well I am doing actually, I had some pain killers just before I went to sleep the night of the surgery but I haven’t had any since. So 2 days and I’ve been fine, I’ve just been taking the antibiotic you have to take for 5 days. The obly thing that is bothering me is the sleeping up right it’s easier in the hospital bed as the bed raises obviously! Besides that I’m fine. I can lift my arms to around chest height but nothing beyond that so my sister is looking after me around the house brushing my hair etc. I’ve just been washing with a wet cloth under my arm pits and sitting in the bath to my belly button not getting anything wet. Over all I am really pleased with them though I can’t stop looking at them! I’ll upload some pics now xxx

Day 4. I think I’ve got some bruising round my right breast but I’m not too concerned. Overall so happy with the shape of them. I have my nurses op a week on Monday so will be able to get pics without the bandages then! X

This has been so helpful Megan, I’m booked in for an uplift without implants next Tuesday and started to get scared! Really helpful seeing your pictures because you don’t see many without implants! What did you use ‘clear bag’ wise to put your clothes in? I’m struggling for ideas!? Xx

How exciting! Don’t be scared honestly I can say this now I was the exact same haha! I found it really difficult when I was researching to find photos without implants so I want to keep sharing mine as they go on. I had I think it was 90 grams of tissue removed which he said it is rough 1/2 a cup size so I’ll probably be a DD once I can actually try bras on. It was more of an uplift than a reduction. I didn’t actually take one, I just had a bag like a gym bag and it had some pjs, a water bottle, my bra, a zip up jacket and some leggings and that was it. My clothes I had on they just put back into my bag. Xx

Omg I’ve got so many questions, did you stay in over night? I’ve been able to be a day case which I also haven’t seen much of most seem to stay in over night? I’ve just realised you’ve put the name of your surgeon Me Mahdi, I’m booked in with dr Simmons! Im hoping for results like yours im a bit smaller to start with a 34 D sometimes DD and just an implant, he said he could achieve my lift with just incisions around my nipple which again I can’t see any of have you had a lollipop or a Ochoa incision? Xx

Yeah I stayed in overnight I was home though by 8am! I had an anchor. He said it was a slight reduction mainly an uplift though. I was 34E to begin with really heavy boob though! so he removed around 90grams and lifted them. He said rough 1/2 a cup – 1 cup just all depends on the bra etc! But they can’t guarantee the size after. I think I’ll be a DD potential D just going off how they feel now! Xx

Hello! I’m fine thank you! I’m healing really well I’m back to being 100% normal now, arms are fine and not sore etc! I am still getting others to wash my hair though just so I don’t get my bandages wet. I’m at the nurse on Monday to swap my bandages etc. but other than that all good! I still absolutely love them. I’ve uploaded loads of pics to @mya_march22 xx

Hi Megan I think you were in the same day as me with Mr Mahdi, in fact you must have been just before me I went in after lunch! How you getting on healing wise? I had the same procedure as you and was worried I wouldn’t get the results but I think Mr Mahdi must be a magician or something! I’ve had a slightly bigger reduction than you because I had too much weight dragging them down and my breasts were really long… I’ve attached some after photos hope your girls are healing too! It’s nice to see someone who had the procedure the same time as me 🙂

Hi, I don’t have instagram but I feel I’m missing out now haha, I’m honestly surprised at how the body bounces back, I had some pain over the weekend but it was more like muscle pain? The swelling has completely gone now so I guess it was them dropping into a more natural position, nearly two weeks down now already hasn’t it flown!? Second post op tomorrow so I’m intrigued to see how much the scars have healed in the space of a week, my dressings deffo need changing feel a bit grubby 🤣 can’t wait to enjoy them in some ‘nice clothes’ haha xxx

Hi Girls, very new to the forum and looking for an update/any more pics, I’m a 32F currently- east stage of researching, so just like you, looking for others who haven’t had implants. By the sounds of your experiences, I doubt I would be advised to get an implant too.
I’ve popped you over a follow on Instagram. Would be helpful to see more pics?
