refund

Hi,

I can’t get through to my PC, we keep missing each others calls so asking on here. I had booked my ba with Dr Russo for september. Have MYA been giving refunds as I don’t want to be rushed into a decision or given a new surgeon? I want time to research which took me months. I have to start all the process again and travel 3 hours to get to birmingham so don’t want to be just rushed. I have wanted this for 8 years so want it right, I will come back with MYA as it’s not their fault about Dr Russo, just want to wait longer. Are Mya giving refunds?

I too had an op booked for Sept with Mr Russo and just like you I feel I need time to make a decision. I have requested a refund and my pc has reassured me that this will be arranged.
