Refused implants Dr Samouris

I’ve just been for a consultation with Dr Samouris and he has said that I cannot have implants and can have an uplift only. I have booked in for a second opinion from Dr Mileto on the 14th. I don’t want to pay and go through surgery for an uplift only as I don’t want a particularly natural looking result. Has anyone else been refused implants and has been approved for them after a second opinion?
